If you cancel or change hotel reservation do you lose your ADR

I know with the new rules if you cancel your reservation you lose your fastpasses .
We might have to change a reservation after ADRs are made would we lose the ADRs?

No, a waitlist came through, our reservation was automatically changed. Our ADR stayed the same!
