If you buy your passes at AAA do you have to show your resort key card for EE?

We will be at WDW in Aug. We usually got our tickets when we checked in and they put them right on our key cards. This time it looks like the AAA prices will be a lot cheaper. We are staying at the ASMo. If we want to go for EE day do will have to show our key card along with our ticket.

Thanks!!

You will have to show your resort ID before you put your ticket in the machine.

I've bought e-night tickets at resorts and also DTD properties. I have only had to exchange my ticket for a wristband at one of the locations, Town Hall, Splash Mountain, or the arcade in Tomorrowland and no one has ever asked me for my room key.

dgaston,

The OP was talking about "Early Entry" (AKA "Extra Magic Hour"), not E-ride Night.

Yes, you will need to be prepared to show your room key before you enter the park for EE. If there's a big crowd waiting to get in they may not stop you to see your key, but other than that expect to show them.

Yes, you need to show your resort ID, but that is not a problem.
