Call and have them apply AAA rates (if available) to that reservation or can you only do that to ressies you book via phone?

We just booked for May online because every time I called they said there was no availability. Well, online there was. So rather than go without, I booked online. I would like AAA rates but at this point I'm happy to have the site -- AAA would be a bonus. But I don't know how/if the phone people deal with those online ressies or will they say I need to rebook entirely. We've never booked online before. Any experience w/this? Thanks.

DW made an online ressie and when I called to change another ressie we had I asked about discounts for the online ressie. CM told me that nothing could be done so I had to cancel the online ressie and make a new ressie at that time and got the discount.
