Will the people who do the Thrill Ride Tour be able to take part in the Character Breakfast Thursday morning?

I don't see how, but I thought I'd ask.

The breakfast is from 7 to 9 am and is a buffet-style breakfast. I assume that we will not be eating for 2 hours. The thrill riders can come in at 7 am and then eat. If we eat for 15 to 30 minutes, there will be enough time to make it to the meets.
