Experience for kids key and not food quality:

MK: try Pinocchio Village Haus quick service and sit near the window overlooking Small World. Less $ than other choices;
HS: Sci-Fi top unless very young children who would be scared by old movie clips;
Epcot: Coral Reef followed by Biergarten;
AK: lots of good picks including Restaurantosaurus for fun dino hunter theming, Flame Tree BBQ sit down by the water but watch for the roaming birds and Yak&Yeti table service restaurant for better food; and
Dis Springs: T-Rex
