If we move to the Dolphin at our 60 day mark - then we lose our 180 day ADR's ?

We have a WL reservation - looking for Best Rate Program, and was able to get all our ADR's we wanted, including Cindy's.

We were able to get a $210 Epcot view with a balcony upper floor at the Dolphin.

What if we cancel our WL reservation and stay at the Dolphin - do we loose all our ADR's ?

I don't think so - they really aren't tied with your room. Maybe someone else with more knowledge can give you the definative.

We had to change our reservations from POFQ to CBR to take advantage of a special rate -- we didn't change our ADRs.....

For our last trip in November, we were origionally booked at CSR and made our ADR's early. A few weeks later a new package deal was announced and we switched our ressie to the POLY, and we now had a new reservation # and the CSR ressie was cancelled. After I made the change I called to check on the ADRs because I had heard when a reservation gets cancelled any ADR's that had the reservation number on it were automatically cancelled. The CM who helped me said this doesn't happen automatically, but it was possible they could get cancelled. He said they periodically do an audit and look for cancelled reservation numbers and if one is found, then they will cancel the ADRs (he didn't know how often this occured). He went into all of my ADR's and just updated them with our new ressie info. When we arrived we didn't have any problems and all the ADRs were still there. My advice would be to just call as soon as you change your reservaton and get your info updated. It's worth the few minutes it will take for the ADR's to be updated so you don't have to worry you'll get there and not have any
