If vaccines required to cruise, DCL may have it tough

Actually, employers can and have already started requiring staff to get the Covid vaccine.

DD is a Dr in a major metropolitan hospital and all staff are required to have a flu vaccine by 10/31 each year. There is no mask opt-out.

Flu vaccines have been studied and FDA approved for decades. They can't force a vaccine that was approved for emergency use only. I work in a hospital too and our doctors readily admit this. We are also required to get a flu vaccine but they are not forcing the covid vaccine. I do see it happening eventually but not while it's this new.

I can't speak for other hospitals but the one I work at in Philadelphia, as well as the other larger/teaching hospitals in the city all have required flu shots for at least 8-10 years. Penn was the first in our area to say you would lose your job for not getting it. We were shocked that year but they all followed within a year or 2.
I had a coworker who was so against being forced to get a flu shot, that she created a fraudulent letter stating that she had a flu shot at her doctor's office. I would have loved to see it. Apparently it didn't fool our employee health staff who attempted to verify it and got a response that this person hadn't been see by that doctor in 3 years. So foolish. She was a single mom in a great, secure job, assistant manager of our Division, making close to 6 figures + benefits and she was fired. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

American, Alaska and British Airways are all now using digital health passports to verify negative tests where travel restrictions require them.

Students were able to get those fakes back in September so they would not have to quarantine. I understand the UK is getting things going for the digital vaccine passports though.
