You're such a festive gal! Chinese and cupcakes sounds great!

I got beef and broccoli, chicken lo mien, and white rice. The kids eat like birds. And instead of cupcakes I got those red, white, and blue bomb pop ice pops. I thought them quite fitting the occasion. :rotfl:

I've done some veggies, and we got some fresh peaches, so I'm going to puree them up and freeze them. starts solids in about two weeks so I've got to get ready! (I won't do meats though.)

The best thing I found to portion out the food is to use ice cube trays and then when they are frozen, drop them into ziploc bags and throw them back into the freezer. :thumbsup2

Just have to be careful reheating as they can get hot pretty quick.

Yes! I love the ice cube method. But I'm having a problem--I can't get my peach cubes to come out of the trays! :eek:
