Well..................found a killer code UGP so I gave in and switched from the Pop Century to the POR. With the code we saved $2 on the hotel but now we can take ME back to the airport and save the $100.

And what did you decide? They just redid the main pool at the POR so that's a bonus. I am hoping that because we won't be there during free dining the buses will be better.

Nothing yet......Nate said to book the Pop since we'll just be using it as a bed for a few hours. How screwy is that.....you wanted the Pop & end up staying at POR and I would rather POR and end up staying at Pop.

I don't remember which buildings were closest, offhand, but it is definitely worth investigating. That walk sucked! I thought the grounds were gorgeous though!

Thanks for the link Jo. I will check it out right now! We would have only saved about $20 by staying at the Pop even with the code due to the cost of the shuttle. basically we broke even but end up at a nicer place with way less stress.

The walk was garbage especially to the food court. I loved getting up and going to the food court to grab breakfast for everyone while they were sleeping and I remember trying to carry everything last time and it sucked! I am going to request whatever building is right before the walk to the food court.

I know but I didn't want to spend more that we had planned. This way we literally are paying the same which shows some compromise on my part.

Okay, last time we were in Building 25 which was right by the west bus depot but far from everything else. It looks like # 14 and #18 will be my best bets. They are a little further from the bus stop, south depot, but much closer to the pool and main lobby/food court.

I AM SO JEALOUS...I have suggested to Becci that it's something she may want to consider for her future and her reaction was "IF I decide to get married at all it certainly won't be in Disney so you can forget that plan " Hmpf....snotty little madam, doesn't she realise I have unresolved issues with Donny not wanting a Disney wedding and I need to fulfill my dreams through her?!?!?!
