If staying offsite, where and when can you get your tickets for Hoop Dee Doo?

My friends are staying offsite and have reservations for Hoop Dee Doo. They can't remember if they were told where they can pick up their tickets. I didn't know the anwser, so I am coming to the experts!

•Tickets are available for pick-up immediately after reservation has been confirmed online at any Walt Disney World Resort Guest Relations, Guest Service, or Resort Concierge desk. For same day box office pick-up, please arrive 40 minutes prior to show time. This show may be cancelled due to severe or inclement weather.

ok, sorry to still not be clear. But does that mean Guest services only at the resorts, or can you pick them up at Guest Relations in the theme parks?
