If paying cash for last day of stay, when to call at 11 mo. window?

We will be paying cash for the last day of an upcoming trip. To call exactly at the earliest 11 month day, would that be the last day of the stay on points, or would it have to be 11 months from the cash day?

ok, when making your ressies calling day by day is better, instead of waitng until the last day that you would check out to make your entire ressies, at the 11 month booking, paying cash for the last day, what i have been told from ms, if you call at the 11 month booking for the cash day, its normally not release in the systm for cash yet, from my expirence, i wait until about two weeks after the 11 month booking from the day you check out(your cash day) and start calling, i have noticed they have been released in other words about 10-10 1/2 months out from the cash day, but discounts are not always available and you pay tax on the rate you are quoted and ms requires a cc for the ressies but not charged until you check in, and make sure ms links the ressies with the cash ressies. whewwww, i think i cover it all
