It's gonna be awesome trying to recreate this photo. Somehow I feel we will be somewhat tipsy when attempting it!

The slim cut looks amazing on you! I noticed it and the hoodie right away but didn't want to continue to point out your clothing on FB, so I just chose to instead use our supergoldenlogashellname, because that is much better than looking like a Sparkleaddict???

Hahaha- yes our SuperGoldenTweedle name always works. And thank you! I like the slim cut quite a bit better on me- but I kinda figured I would. And I love, love, love that hoody. I wear it all the time! I should NOT have worn it for yesterday's run however, it was far too warm..and I believe that my body's inability to cool itself down is what gives me my 'running headaches' and a long sleeve hoody did not help things!

Those pics of the girls for Easter came out so pretty! Again...jealous...I was in grungy work clothes all day...I did, however, have a whipped cream fight with Savannah...in the middle of the house...which is always fun, never fun to clean up, and good for the soul. We were sticky for hours.

Thanks! It is a gigantic pain for me to get three girls ready for decent pictures- so it NEVER happens. But I figured they'd be in nice dresses - I may as well get pictures... I also wanted to get some individual pics of the two older ones because Sarah's B-Day is next week & Becca's in a month. So I wanted pics around their birthdays. I got some cute ones of them alone.. which I will post on FB on their birthdays.

Now, I have to say- whipped cream fight sounds WAY fun! (although in the hosue?!?! You are BRAVE!!!). Laugher like that IS good for the soul though!

Yesterday, all day ,was good for the soul. It was just a beautiful, sunny day. After this winter- it was MUCH needed!

Oh I have to send you a pic. My iron-ons for my PHM costume came and I put them on my apron and they look amazing! I don't know how I will wait to wear this thing. (I'm not gonna send it now though b/c it's 5am and I'm not sure if you are awake and/or would appreciate a text from me at 5am)

I am up by 5am on weekdays for work. Plus, I keep my phone downstairs charging and I sleep upstairs so even if you text when I'm asleep.. wouldn't matter! So send away.. I can't wait to see this awesome thing.

I decided I"m constructing my Captian Hook costume this month because it occured to me just this weekend I can wear the darn thing for Pirates Night on the cruise. Why not get two uses out of a costume, right? RIGHT!!!

Nice job on the mileage! It sounds like the shoes are going to work!! I love when that happens! I think I will get to try my shoes today, finally!

I think these shoes are going to work too. I'm VERY happy about that considering the price I paid!!! I hope you get on the road today too!!

However, I will say this. I looked at that picture & the FIRST thing I said to my husband was "wow, look how skinny I look in this picture.. I need to wear this outfit more often". I honestly, DO NOT look this skinny in real life.

I don't know if it was the angle (Our driveway is on a hill and Becca was up on it, taking a picture downwards) the sun, the way I was standing, that particular outfit.. or what..............

I could post a picture of the maxi dress (long flowy thing) my co-worker forced me to buy for the cruise because 'everyone is wearing them' and I look- no joke- 6 months pregnant in the thing.

So don't worry too much about me being too skinny- it really IS just THIS picture. But I think I'm gonna make that picture my profile on FB BECAUSE I look so darn skinny in it. Mine as well let everyone think I really look like that in real life!!!

Those are my favorite kinds of pictures! Of course then I naturally freak out when I'm going to see someone in person that I haven't met or seen in a while b/c I know they are going to see the ACTUAL ME and not just the perfect shot me.

How do I keep them clean? I think for the most part- they are just older now. I should post pictures from the past. My Sarah is not known for being...neat..... I have pictures of entire containers of egg dye all over her shirt.......

I had to laugh when running with Kurt. I said.. 'oh 12:33 average..that's pretty good for 5 miles' He says "well that's about a minute slower than usual for me". Thanks for rubbing it in dear. Apparently he's training for elite. Me, I just train to actaully finish.. with a few stops with characters along the way.....

Which reminds me, I made a mental note when running yesterday with Kurt that I better confirm with you HOW you want to run the 10K so I can train properly at the right pace..........

Run 1.37 miles to try out the new shoes. Verdict: no pain.

Bigger news- located & booked a contract to rent points to stay at AKL for Princess Half. Baby Zebras... here we come!!!



Karen and I will be waking up each morning to a view like this.

Tuesday- 4/15

0 miles. After work took Brownies to Pottery place for badge-work.

Wednesday- 4/16

0 miles. After work took Cadettes to LEGOLAND for comic-artist badge work!





Thursday- 4/17

3.11 miles. 3.11 HORRIBLE MILES. The kind that suck every last breath out of you and make you wonder what business you have doing any running at all? I came home and cried. My feet were irritated mid-run with my new shoes. It was all out.. BAD!!!

Friday- 4/18

3.12 miles. Same exact route as the day before. Shaved a minute off my average mile back down to 12:22. Loosened the laces on my shoes and had no feet problem!

Saturday- 4/19

0 miles. But egg dying!



And I did some stuff for Sarah's Birthday party next week along with finishing my fish extender gift for the girls: ages 5-10. (for the cruise). They are getting Minnie Manicure sets complete with Minnie vinyl things for their nails...



I thought they turned out cute.....

Sunday- 4/20

Miles- 5

I asked my husband to run with me. I was hesitant to do it as I don't particularly like running with people because I'm so bad at it & worry I'm slowing them down..

But I figured it would keep me accountable.

(ahem. New Sparkle Skirt below. I was right.. I like the slim cut better!! Also notice it's my Raw Threads 19.3 "Princess In Training" Hoody)



And it did. I was done right around 2 miles. But we had a lake to run around. After that, I wanted to take the fast route back home (which would have clocked 4 miles) and he pushed the longer route. At one point I told him 'to go ahead without me, I was slowing down' He said "We started together, we'll end together" It kept me trucking on when all I wanted to do was stop and walk.

And we did it together. I made 5 miles at a respectable 12:31 average mile pace. Slow for him. I felt it though. This was the longest I went since the Wine & Dine. And my head hurt after (I have theories on why this happens to me... I'll share at another time). But, NO LEG OR FEET PAIN AT ALL!! Woot!

Then.. we had Easter!!!

The girls and their puppy is every bit of AWESOME!!!!! And I love the chocolate duckies...were those a store purchase or a local item?

Thanks! My 11 year old loved them so I figured I was ok with this gift. I'm doing a similar 'beauty' gift for the 11-18 year olds as well- those EOS ball chapsticks that are all the rage- turned into Mickey Mouse!

That's only one of our puppies. MY puppy/baby. I love that stinkin' dog so much. The other ones didn't get picture time. One runs off because she's crazy puppy. The other is fat/smelly (Pug).

The chocolate ducky was the $2.50 deal from Target!

I take lots of photos of STUFF too, like mile markers, sights, other runners...ya know, everything. So if I just make a dead stop in the middle of running, you'll know why.

Not that I was looking to run it (puuuleeze! I'd keel over!) but my SIL is running it!

Now I get the honor of calling her 'the biggest Dope' for the next 7 months. A title she's wearing proudly!

Still can't believe its old out in 2.5 hours! I will be registering for GSC at 11am ON THE DOT on July 15th!!! (I'm central time.. not Eastern!)

Last year the GSC sold out during pre sale (DVC, AP & Visa), but they kept a lot aside for general sale as well. As long as you're ready that day to hope online you should be fine .

Oh I will get my Glass Slipper Challenge. After all, I bought a really expensive 19.3 Raw Threads hoody...... If I don't get in, what will I do with that?

Especially since it has super, slimming powers in pictures. (along with the Sparkle Skirt). I actually have a Disney Visa- I am hoping for a code a week early!!!
