If my requested dates are only partially available online, how do I book them?

Please help! I'm trying to make a reservation online. The first night I want isn't available, but the other dates are. The website clearly says:

The Resort you selected is only partially available for the dates you selected. You can book any of the available dates or.....

How do I book the available dates? The only link is to waitlist the whole thing.

Are you inside your 7 or 11 month window to book this resort? If not you can only wait list as your first night isn't available and the rest of the days are outside the booking window.

can you try another search, leaving off the first night so it shows just those available nights for the remainder of the stay. maybe then it will have a link so you can book your reservation. then you can go back and put in another search for the single night and waitlist that first night.

I assume you are trying to reserve exactly 7 months out. You cannot reserve any nights if the first one is not open. The first night you get must be no more than 7 months out to be able to reserve any consecutive nights thereafter.

Thanks for all the info! Actually, I wasn't at the 11 month window until today, trying for a 2BR Standard view at BWV. I was just playing with the online booking yesterday, since it was Sunday, and I was home and had the time. Of course, it wouldn't let me put in the 12th yesterday, so I put in the 11th. The 11th came up unavailable, but I didn't need the 11th anyway.

I thought I wouldn't be able to get online this morning at 8 am, due to prior commitments. But my day changed, and I was able to book the standard view 2BR at BWV this morning.
