Let me rephrase this, If you could pick 3 special things to do while at Disney World and money was not an issue what would they be?

Not concierge or resorts. I would like to know about special packages, deals, events that WDW charges extra for but are really special and you would spurge on. Things you would not normally do.

It has to be a real option, something that is available to do at the present time please.

If you could do just one thing and money was no object what one special thing would you do at WDW and why?

Well if they decide to rent the Castle out

I would love to stay at Grand California in the very best room and have Cindrella and Eeyore give me a guide tour

I would rent out the park after hours for just my family & friends. It would be so great to run around Magic Kingdom without crowds.

Stay in concierge at a Deluxe.
::yes:: Preferably at AKL, but I would let DH choose which resort so he would be more "excited" to go. :sad2:

Also, we would Drink Around the World at Epcot... only we would "really" do it in every country, not every third like we usually do... ;)

We'd also eat every single thing we wanted. Wherever we wanted. Whenever we wanted.

... I think we could fit in a nice hour-long massage somewhere in there... :cloud9:

Well, I'd stay longer so I had more time to do EVERYTHING I want instead of having to prioritize and I'd probably resort hop during that extended stay. I'd also love for ds to have lunch with an imagineer.

I would do all the Backstage Tours that they have..every single one. And of course, I'd stay Concierge at GF and have one of those VIP guides.

If money was not option I would take lots of kids to WDW with me that would never get a chance to go. Seeing WDW through the eyes of a child seeing WDW for the first time is magical.

I'd do the VIP tours they offer with front of the line passes.

Ummm that is hard to answer given the parameters of your post... for me, the absolute first, most important thing I would do with unlimited funds would be to make my resort stay as awesome as I could. I would book one of the treehouse villas, or concierge level at the Poly. That would be my number one most important way to spend my unlimited funds. :)

Other than that, 3 things....
1) I would take all the backstage tours; Keys to the Kingdom, Behind the Seeds, Morning Safari, etc.
2) I would book a IllumiNations Fireworks cruise. Complete with dessert buffet and what-have-you.
3) I would buy stuff. Lots of stuff. Enough stuff that I have to box it all up and mail it home. T-shirts so I could wear nothing but Disney tees when I got home. :thumbsup2 Disney bath and kitchen decor. Coffee cups. Shot glasses. Posters. Soundtracks. All the stuff I always look at in the stores and think "Oh!! I wish i could get that. But WOW look at that price!". I would buy all of those things.:goodvibes

Illuminations cruise or Wishes cruise

dinner at Narcosees

We usually book through AAA and they always show these Platinum packages that include all this extra stuff.. that might be cool

1. A day playing golf at one of the WDW courses for DH- and permission to lounge around and NOT have to follow my usual commando touring plan (he isn't a huge Disney guy).

2. A special experience for DD- probably something like hiring a private tour guide to take her to her favorite attractions, eat at her favorite restaurants, do a behind the scenes tour, and finish the day with a fireworks cruise. Also, letting her bring along a friend or 2 on the trip.

3. For me, a spa day, a lay-by-the-pool, explore-the-resort day, and a shop-til-you-drop day.

Of course, we'd get to stay at a Deluxe or 2, and we'd stay for as long as we wanted.

1. Have a spa day at the Grand Floridian

2. Order one of everything on the menu at BlueZoo (just to taste...I'm not a pig!:lmao:)

3. This isn't really a "special thing" but I would buy some really expensive merchandise at the parks. That could be dangerous!

1. Fireworks cruises
2. Segway tours
3. a night in the castle
4. Dinner at an expensive restaurant. (I don't think V&A is our style, but we're still to frugal to eat at most of the nicer places!)

1) Eat at California Grill during fireworks (did this three times--LOVED IT!)
2) Segway tour...okay all the tours!!!
3) Spa, Spa, Spa

1. Stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge's Concierge Level on a Saturday or Wednesday night (I think I have those days right) ONLY SO I could take the Sunrise Safari in the morning

2. Lunch with an Imagineer (is doing the same activity three times in one week actually only equal to one thing, you know, how like the person in the express lane at the supermarket with thirty cans of cat food argues that they're "one item"?) three times if it is, once if my argument doesn't hold up

3. I can't think what they're called specifically, but rent one of those motorized canopy boats from a Magic Kingdom resort ALL day on one of the longest rental days, bring some books, some music, some food, and a cooler of ice & diet cherry vanilla dr pepper and a bottle of rosa regale - and spend the day on the water :teeth:
