If MK closes at 6pm, what PS time can I get for LTT?

We won't be there until Jan11-14th, and guessing MK will close at 6:00 or 6:30, so can I get a PS for dinner at LTT at closing time? Will they rush us through dinner & out of the park? Thank you!

We have a PS for LTT on sept. 27th, for 6:45, the park is scheduled to close at 6:00.. they said as long as you stay in the area around the restaurant, you wont get ushered out.
