If MK Closes at 6, What's the Latest PS?

Folks,
On the nights that MK closes at 6 p.m., what's the latest time that we can get a PS for dinner? How about an AK closing at 5 p.m.?

It depends on the restaurant. I made a PS for the Plaza Restaurant, the last seating was 4:30pm.

Don't know if this helps, but on our most recent trip we were told that the latest priority seating at MGM's Brown Derby is at 4:45, and the park closes at 7:00.
