If luau is rained out...

do they refund your money? Is there a procedure you have to go through to get your credit card refunded for the amount?

When we went to the luau we all ate under a roof...granted it was still open air (not enclosed on the sides)...but a rainstorm wouldn't have ruined the luau.

Since they have redone the luau, I'm not sure if this is still the case...although I can't imagine Disney not continuing to make this venue rainstorm-friendly since it is such a common event in Florida.

Same here! We went last year and it poured rain that day and night. In between hurricanes. I called and they said they would be having the show. It rained the entire show. The tables and performers are all under protected roof area's. I think the show would have been better without all the rain but it was still worth enjoying!
