If I'm not there, best way for DS to get her room key

The new AP FLE preview dates announced last night include my arrival day at AKL. My sister and I are sharing a room booked with my AP discount. I'm driving down and she's flying arriving at AKL on the Magical Express. There's a preview time that would end about the time I expect her to arrive at AKL.

Should I make sure I go by AKL before I go to the Preview (assuming I get a ticket), check-in, and leave her key with the Concierge Desk in the lobby?

Can she pick up the packet if I do online check-in? Her name is on the reservation.

Which option do you think is better?

I believe that if her name is on the reservation, she will be able to check in and will receive her room key at the counter.

Yep - no need to do anything. Just when you check in, tell the Cast Member someone else is coming later and her key will be waiting for her when she gets there. Not a problem.
