Im thinking taxi, uber or renting a car.

Are there any other options? Is there any transportation from Disney to the Vineland outlets or Florida Mall?

renting is the easiest. You can get a car from Dollar at the Wyndham across the street from the DS bus stop. or a car from Alamo at the Car Care Center or the Dolphin
