I have banked points that I want to use. When I set up the contacts to use, I put that contract first and then the others that had no banked but current points to use. At the end, I saw that all the points in the first contract was used. So, I cancelled. I guess I have to call if I want to use only the banked points from that first contract. Is that correct?

You don’t have to call. Select the contract without banked points first, then the contract with banked points. The system knows banked points go before regular ones do.

Sounds like you do not want to use the current year points from the contract with the banked points. Try putting the contract first from which you want to use current points. Be sure to also check the one with the banked points. If that doesn't work, then you will have to call.

So even if you specify contract A that doesn't have banked points to use first, but contract B has banked points, it will use those banked points from contract B, then go to the one you specified, contract A, to get the rest of the points? If so, that would be great to know-I've had the same problem as Bobbi a few times, and didn't know how to do it on-line.

You do not have to cancel to make the change. Instead do a modification of the reservation you have by changing it to the exact same reservation and then you will get to the page you choose contracts and just choose them in the correct order this time.

Thank you. It did work for me. So the 16 banked points into my 2023 UY are now used within a 7 month reservation!
