If I use my MM for Nemo ...

According to RideMax, you can hit Nemo first thing and still have time for 3 or so FL rides before the park opens.

... how much time will be left in my MM for other MM rides?

Just to confirm what others have said, just last week someone rode the first sub, and they said that they were finished with Nemo at 7:30.

... Once I've done Nemo and Matterhorn, what should I hit next if there is extra MM time? ...

Here's my 2 cents. :goodvibes It's really hard to say what the lines will be like at 7:45 or so, but it might be a better use of your time to get ready to get a FP for Space Mtn or to line up for the "rope drop" to get a FP for Splash. This is just my guess, but if there are a few minutes left before 8:00 the lines might be short for the King Arthur Carrousel, Pinocchio, or Snow White.

Whatever you decide, have fun! :wizard:

And if you do decide to go for the Splash FP, resist the temptation to jump righ on Splash when there's almost no line early on. The reason: Splash itself is a longer ride and when you get off, you'll be behind schedule (if you have one).

I am getting 3 day PH tickets from Getawaytoday and they offer 2 MM's with their tickets.

You can sort of do both. Both are certainly open during MM, but, for popular rides like Peter Pan and Dumbo, if you are not one of the first people to those rides, your wait time will be long. Fifteen minutes into a MM, Peter Pan can have a 30 minute wait.

So once you get off Nemo, your MM advantage for PP and Dumbo has been eliminated. The FL rides (and some TL) rides are still open, so you can find ones with reasonable lines and do those.

I'm just trying to find experienced people to help me plan what rides I should hit after Nemo.

We rode Nemo on our second MM day. We were one of the first on Main St. & walked purposefully to Nemo & were on the first sub. We exited Nemo at MM + 35 min. The Matterhorn & Alice (& of course PP & Dumbo) had pretty long lines at that point.

We chose to ride the Teacups, Toady, Pinochio & Buzz twice (because DS 9 & I like those rides :)) before nabbing a FP at Space at MM+61 min.

I think the comments (on these boards) have been consistent that if you're on the first 2 subs, you'll be off the subs between :35 & :40.

We actually found Nemo easier to do on a non-mm morning.

1) There are so many rides that you can fit in during mm time if you don't eat it up with Nemo. It takes about 15 minutes until they get the first boat out, plus ride time so you are talking about at least 25 minutes eaten up on this ride alone.

2) The Nemo stampede from the main gates is just a lot further than the Nemo stampede from the rope drop. And, everybody is going there no matter which morning it is.
