If I pass on the Memory Maker - I can still buy pics with Photo Pass or no?

Not sure if that is what it's called but last time we went they took pics while we were there and then we had the option to buy the ones we wanted. I don't love the $150 price tag for the MM.

Yes you can still buy pics just the ones you want but for use we get the memory maker every year we usually get out of disney with well over 300 photos so its well worth the money or use i think for just a download of one picture its 9.99 per picture so for use well worth the money

It's actually $14.99 for a download. However that being said, this is exactly what I did with the trip we just returned from. In the past we purchased the photo CD, but honestly after looking at the pics we rarely do anything with them except maybe one or two favourites. This time we still used the Photopass photographers, were still able to check out all of our pictures on line, but just chose a couple that we really loved and wanted to keep. While $14.99 is steep for an individual download it's a lot cheaper than $150!

ETA: all the ride photos still showed up automatically in our account too because of our magicbands, so we didn't miss out on any particular photo opportunities

We have this same problem (only caring about a few favorites), so I'm glad to see it worked out for you as that was my plan for next week.
