We are scheduled to go to Disney Sept. 23rd-27th and I plan to make our ADR tomorrow. We may have a conflict on the 23rd(our arrival date) and may have to switch our arrival to the 24th(I will know for sure in about 3 weeks). If I go ahead and make ADR for our trip and then have to change our arrival date by a day(to the 24th) will I lose my ADR?

Nope. Your ADRs are not tied to your reservation in that manner at all. It only checks the arrival date when you make the ADR to determine if it falls into the 180+10 when you're booking the reservation, after that it is not connected. (It also checks to see which dining plan you have for stuff like CRT and the dinner shows, but again, after making the reservation, it is not connected).

No, I actually just did this. I had to push our travel dates back a month, but my vacation confirmation number stayed the same and all my old reservations were still there. :thumbsup2

No. It's a separate system. Even if you cancelled your room reservation entirely it wouldn't affect your ADRs, not even if you linked them to your room reservation.
