If I make a change on my ressie, will I have a higher ticket price now?

I have a package booked with a certain travel agency at the end of August with the special deal at the Yacht/Beach Club. If I were to make some changes now, such as cutting our vaca a day short or change the number of days on my tickets, will I have to pay the higher ticket price now that Disney has raised the prices there?
