"If I have to hug one more princess, I'm gonna hurl"

The commercials were funny, but only compelled me to dislike Universal more. They are the Pepsi to to Disney's Coke. I also don't get the notion of going to bed early...were they insinuating that Disney parks close early or don't allow youngsters in after a certain hour??? It was just weird.

I remember thinking that if those were MY kids, and they were complaining about hugging princesses and such, I'd have left their butts home for the next trip.

I don't like it. The kids are snotty, and even my DD 10 said the same thing when she saw it. I hate the least bit of negative advertising or commercials where they compare a competitor unfavorably. And the whole thing about going to bed at 8 or going to bed early -- what's that all about?

However, I do love their one commercial where they have the heavy black woman clutching two little kids to her, shall we say, abundant bosom while going down a water ride! Cracks me up. :rotfl:

The kids ARE snotty. From the evil looking little girl with the cat's eye glasses and her threats of hurling, to the wild looking brat boy and his bed time announcement. I could tolerate the commercial a bit better if the kids weren't so obnoxious!
