we will be at Disneyland & I'm hoping my Citypass with the 3 day hopper will allow us early entry to the park. Am I correct ???

Yes, according to the information on the Disneyland website the City Pass, includes the "bonus hopper" which gets you a $10 ESPN Zone card and ONE early entry (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday)

From the Costco website:

Southern California CityPass® Adult Information:

Ages: 10 and up
Admission to the following attractions:
3-day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® Bonus Ticket valid for admission to both Disneyland® park and Disney's California Adventure™
Park Hopper® Bonus Tickets include as a bonus, a $10 ESPN Zone® Arena Game Card valid at the ESPN Zone® in the Downtown Disney® District and one admission for early entry into a designated theme park
1-day admission ticket to Knott's Berry Farm® Theme Park
1-day admission ticket to SeaWorld Adventure Park® San Diego
1-day admission ticket to the San Diego Zoo®
Booklet is valid for fourteen days beginning the first day you use it

the park is suposed to open at 9:00 a.m Thurs April 7th.....so

I guess this means Fantasyland will be open at 8:00 a.m ??

when should we be at the gates ?? 7:45 a.m. ??

what attractions open early this day ??

I just read on another thread that the citypass does NOT include early entry. Does anyone know for sure? Do you get early entry only when you buy the pass from Disney?

From the City Pass Website
Southern California CityPass bundles; a 3-Day Disneyland Resort Park Hopper® Ticket - valid for unlimited admission to both Disneyland® park and Disney's California Adventure™ park for three days; a 1-Day visit to Knott's Berry Farm Theme Park; and ample time to motor down the coast to stunning San Diego and two world-class parks; SeaWorld and your choice between the San Diego Zoo OR San Diego Zoo's Wild Animal Park. CityPass delivers six days of unforgettable fun and adventure at a savings of over 30% and 14 days to take it all in.

You may not get an EE if you purchase from sorces other then Disneyland, since you are not getting the "bonus" pass that includes the EE and ESPN. The Disneyland website says it includes the "bonus" pass.

The new ones have it but I think the ones that expire March 31 don't. You should probably contact CityPass directly to get a straight answer.
