If I don't snag a CM ressie I'm going to scream!

LOL Anyone else just trying to tie up loose ends for your trip planning and only need ONE ressie to make that possible? I had everything planned, then got thrown off when I could only get BOG during when I had my CM ressie. Not a big deal, I've always been able to call like a seriously obsessed OCD person and get what I wanted (at least for the last two trips), but I HATE not having that ONE ressie that I need!

I guess if that's my biggest problem in life, I'm pretty lucky, I realize!!!!! But I just want to be able to sit back and enjoy the rest of my trip planning!!!

So, what ressie(s) are you trying to hunt down before your trip?

I'm trying to Ohana at dinner time Thanksgiving week. My mom up and decided she wanted to go, so I've been checking constantly since then
Either we'll get it or not. Thanksgiving dinner we will be at Be Our Guest. I'm so excited.

We will be at BOG for Thanksgiving dinner, too! We were originally going to CM for Thanksgiving, so that's why I'm now trying to find a CM for another date that we have open. We'll be there two weeks, you'd think I could easily find an opening, but no luck yet!!! Of course, I've only been looking on the dates that I had open, as I don't want to move anything else around!!! LOL So that leaves breakfast or dinner on 11-30, breakfast on 11-20 or dinner on 11-18 or 11-19. I keep checking thinking one of those will open up, but nothing yet.

This latest time is for Easter week -- I logged on right at 6:00 am at my 180 day mark and Ohana is showing unavailable for my entire week. Consensus on here is that it's just not in the system yet, but I know it's still going to be difficult to get even when it IS in the system.

Glad you got your CM! I am hunting for a dinner at Epcot 11/30. I really wanted GG, my friend raved about it. First I wanted BoG but decided I would rather try lunch there anyway, so I went to an Epcot day. They were holding back CP packages, then I forgot. Now I am checking often, but I can't be OCD about it, I have to work too, LOL.

There is some availability at the Mexican and Japanese restaurants, so I guess we won't starve. But ARGH!

I keep stalking the dining reservation system for TH or CM. I have a reservation for 4 before the park opens for TH but I need a reservation for 6 because added 2 people to the trip. Thank you for your success story I'm going to keep trying!

I had been trying for a couple months to get a Le Cellier lunch during my early December trip. Every day, nothing - until yesterday! I finally got one! I'm looking forward to that last pork chop/mac and cheese lunch before they go signature in January.

So don't give up - keep trying!

Just snagged Le Cellier for dinner on 11/12! Yea! Been trying for couple of weeks.

So far we have 16 ADR's, including 3 character b'fasts (for when grand kids are with us), 1 dinner show (Luau), lunch w/an Animal Specialist at Sanaa, and 3 signature restaurants - just for adults! I think I am done!

More with no ADR's will include Beaches 'n Cream, Raglan Road and EoS.

I really wanted to find a BOG for another night OR a CM for a different time because I really wanted CM for Thanksgiving.....but I've given up as looking was starting to take the fun of my excitement! LOL I am sticking with everything as is and couldn't be happier! Now, don't tell me anyting about 'Ohana because we have only done breakfast there and I don't want to think I NEED a dinner for there!!!!!

Don't give up! I read a couple of suggestions here on the DIS and they worked... this place is magic. I stopped checking alllllll the time and just checked late at night (10-11 ET) and only for the one ressie. That way it took about three minutes - less time for hubby to point out my reservation OCD...

My backup plan was to check just before leaving, so early enough to cancel something else. (Just for fun I checked two days out - there was a CRT, a Le Cellier lunch, 'Ohana breakfast.....) Seems people cancel reservations in the last two days and all kinds of things open up - if you're stalking, you could get lucky!
