IF i can only do 3 of 4 parks at WDW what one to skip

I'd skip Epcot. The conventional wisdom is that Epcot is cultured and refined and educational, but the reality is it has just a couple of rides and unless you are planning on drinking around the word, there's not much there to recommend it at this point in time.

Before Star Wars, skip HS. After Star Wars, skip Epcot.

Even when we've had 10 days at the parks over 2 weeks, we do 4 days at MK, 3 at Epcot, 2 at AK and 1 at DHS. We could really do a week at MK with or without kids.
