If Disney was to make another theme park, What theme would you go for, For example. Disney Games, Disney Characters, Disney TV.....

I'm not sure about the whole park, but I would love to see them do more with Once Upon a Time. Maybe a Storybrooke land, a more thrilling, darker ride like Forbidden Journey going through the different worlds.

Something more like Cedar Point, with big coasters and real thrill rides. Theme it, but with more focus on the rides themselves.

In the USA, if Disney were to add a new park, it makes most sense to add it at WDW where they have the land. There has long been talk about adding third park to Disneyland Resort where they also have space for one (they have land nearby they own and can use).

IMHO the most well executed "second gate" Disney park is Tokyo Disney Sea. That would be awesome if that came to WDW or DLR. While I am not excited about a Marvel type of park, I think that is the direction Disney may be going.

Does anyone know the date the agreement with universal ends not to have marvel at WDW?

I don't believe it does. Universal is the only park that can have marvel rides within a 60 mile radius. And I believe the contract is only ended if Marvel feels Universal isn't kept well maintaining their rides or the park essentially shuts down.

I don't believe there's a specific date where it states that Universal ride ownership ends and Disney can start building Marvel rides

When you say "Disney" I think you must be talking about WDW in particular? Because they are building a Marvel ride at Disneyland Resort right now with talk of more. Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout.

Yea WDW. The universal contract is only good east of the Mississippi

They have Marvel and Star Wars now, right? Make a theme park about that, not just part of a theme park. That's my thoughts, anyway.

Surprised no one mentioned the Villians Theme Park idea with mostly thrill rides. That idea had been thrown around on here for a while.

I thought of this idea when there was a thread titled "Pictures of Things No Longer Seen @ WDW" or something like that....

What if Disney made a park that was like the "Greatest Hits", almost like Pop Century, but had shows/rides/attractions/ restaurants that are no longer there from each decade.

They could rotate out old fireworks shows and parades.

EX: 70s: Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, Snow White's Adventures, Misstion to Mars, etc.

80s: Horizons, Journey into Imagination, Maelstrom, Cranium Command

The icon could even be the big birthday cake castle! ;)
