If Disney built a 5th themepark in Orlando, what would you want the theming to be?

am not too creative but I'm leaning toward Heroes and Villains. I've heard of the rumored Villains park but I think you need to balance it a bit. I can't decide what should be the park's icon. MK has Cinderella's castle, etc.

My first thought was Pride Rock with an Animatronic Simba standing up top and he would roar every hour or so. But we already have the tree of life at DAK.

My other idea was Buzz Lightyear's spaceship pointing vertically or Star Command at the center. I'm not sure they'd want a Pixar property as the main icon though.

This park could have more roller coasters and thrill rides but I still want it more family oriented than Universal. I'd love a Spider-man style ride based on The Incredible perhaps?

Any better ideas for a park or icon?

I tink that villains park would be great, ande for me the icon should be Maleficent castle, with a nighttime show with a dragon (better than fantasmic one). For me Maleficent is the most powerfull disney villain.

I like both ideas. I would love to see a villians/hereos theme park. Also love the idea of a water themed one (comparable to seaworld). Villians are great but I don't know if Disney would do it or not.

I have no real idea for the park, but I just wanna say they need to step it up on the rides. Based on rides alone, I would pick to go to Universal first, then SeaWorld, and lastly Disney. If they do build a new park, I would say they need at lesat 2 or 3 mega coasters. Maybe would could be themed for a ride on aladin's magic carpet or so.

My dad had read a while ago that Disney was thinking of an idea for something called, "Beastly Kingdom" it would deal with all types of mythical creatures. I would also vote for a villians type of park.

Has anyone seen pictures of Tokyo DisneySea? I'd go for that in a second. The detailing is absolutely amazing. You should take a look at pictures if you haven't seen it before.

I would also love to see DisneySea "done right", i.e. with adequate attractions and detailed theming.

I would also like to see a park incorporating reproductions of one or more fantasy worlds, such as Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Narnia. Yes I know Disney does not (yet) have theme park rights to LOTR, but as far as I know nobody else does either.

Another vote for a Villains park, except it would have to take the MK idea and "twist" it a bit. So, it would be a twsited version of the MK themed to villains.

But, that being said the MK, MGM, and AK (yes, even with everest) all desperately need new attractions.

I really like the idea of a USA historical theme park. Someone mentioned they were thinking of doing that ot one time by Washington DC, so this idea is not mine. But no matter where it was , how cool that would be!!!! YOu could incorporate Pocahontas, Move Hall of Pres, Fivel (doesn't he have a western theme?), Bambi, I'm sure there is more.

I love the idea of a SeaWorld type park. I would mesh it with a water park/water rides and include themes from Nemo, Mermaid, 20,000 leagues, etc.

I think the villian themed thrill park is a fabulous idea. The suggestion of a Melificent Castle was brilliant. How cool would that be?

Can you imagine what they could do with that around Halloween time? That would be a cool park!

I like the idea of the villains park, especially if it was modeled after MK.

But my favorite is probably the water/sea theme. Since we usually go when it's hot...I think it would be really great if there were LOTS of opportunities to get wet and cool off!!! They could also redo the 20,000 Leagues ride and put it in this park (for some reason, I miss that ride).

Hi everyone, new around these parts


I like the DisneySea US idea and the Villians idea... but my favorite idea for a 5th park would be Retro Disney. They could use a lot of stuff they may still have from other rides and stuff (favorably, Horizons, 20k Leagues, and World of Motion). I'm a big fan of the stuff I grew up with that is now gone and I think it would really be a time warp for a lot of people to relive a lot of the REAL Disney (as I like to call it).. That's just my 2 cents! lol

Disney's OCEAN KINGDOM.

Landmark: The underwater castle from the Little Mermaid.
The park can be divided by the Ocean names can have an "Island Showcase" (similar to world showcase at EPCOT)

I hope Disney opens a new park!!!
