If "cash" deposit of $500 plus closing costs due at time of deposit?

If paying "cash", closing costs are due at time of deposit of $500 when purchasing direct from Disney?

Both amounts are FULLY REFUNDABLE, CORRECT?

Up until what time? Until contract is signed and returned?

Correct. I believe in Florida you have 10 days to change your mind. Why make the process harder then it needs to be. Take a good look at your decision and proceed only if it's right for you. Good luck.

Precisely. I'm looking at a contract even as we speak and it states that "YOU MANY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER SIGNING." I'd be pretty sure that all of the contracts for the Florida properties would have similar wording.
