If calling to see if you have a PIN don't forget about your old addresses!!

I called this morning and was told that I did not have a PIN, nor did my mother, and was told that maybe all the PINS were not in the system yet and to try back sometime after 6pm. So...I waited and called, and was told again that we did not have a PIN. I then asked the CM to check my name with our old zip code since we moved this past year, and she found the FD pin code under an old address!!
