If anyone is up my youngest could use some prayers...UPDATE in 1st post

My dh just took our littlest one (20 months) to the ER. She hasn't been herself all day but in the last couple of hours she has started with a high fever and she doesn't want to be touched. Everytime I try to hold her or rub her back she screams "boo-boo". Then her skin started getting bright pink and she keeps twitching and crying. It's weird and scary so my dh an I thought better safe than sorry so he took her to the ER which is right down the street. It's killing me to not be there but I had to stay home with our oldest and I know that my dh is staying much calmer than I can.

Anyway, if your up and you could spare a prayer and good thought for Teagan I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

UPDATE: She's home and she's fine. My dh and I were just worried because she had such strange symptoms but the ER did blood work etc and found nothing wrong, she's just got the flu. Thanks so much for all the good thoughts and prayers. Now we are all off to bed.

All I can say is Thank God you took her in. I hope it turns out to be nothing! I am praying for her and you. I will tell you though, that my 5 year old just went through this, sounds VERY similiar. Turns out she had an infection of some kind. She was there for four days, IV anti-biotics, but she is FINE! If they don't do blood work on your little girl, INSIST that they do. Don't let them just say it is a virus and send her home with Tylenol.
