On the W.I.S.H. board there are several DISers (including me) who have taken the DIS challenge to lose weight for our health, for our trips or for whatever reason.
We're a support group. Kelsie has designed a special clipart which we will get to put in our signatures for each 5 pounds lost.
This is a fun way to encourage each other and reach our weight loss goals.
