thanks
thanks
to make a reservation for 7pm-- dont you need a party ticket?
(i didnt think the sit down places took reservations for that late in the night on party nights.
available for a restaurant in that park?

It depends on the restaurant. Some restaurants will have ADRs available right until 7pm (when they close) while others will only have their last ADRs for an hour before closing.

Could those restaurants that have last ADR an hour before closing be the ones that serve the snacks at the party? That would seem logical as they would need to get the diners out before the 7pm start and set up the party snacks.I wasn't aware different restaurants had different policies for party nights - makes it all very confusing![]()
I have read where people got reservations at 6:45, 6:50, 6:55 - to me that is right up until the time the party starts, basically.I don't think it's right, but that's another discussion for another day in another thread.

so for a party night a person can get a reservation for say 6:30 and get done in time to be walking up main street for the 1st parade?
You would have to make your meal last two hours and even then:
1. The crowds are extremely thick for the first parade.
and
2. Most reports indicate that if you don't have a ticket for the party, you will be escorted to the park's exit. No stopping along Main Street for pictures of the parade or anything else.
Bottom line, if you want to see the Halloween parade, buy a ticket. It's worth it.
Thanks for all the responses, but I'm definatley not going on a MNSSHP night...if that makes a difference.
