Identity of hotel near Sea World?

I'm trying to identify a hotel located near Sea World and I have very little to go on. I saw this from Lynx last Fall, but wasn't paying that much attention. We exited I-4 (from WDW) at the no re-entry Sea World exit, and this hotel, a multi-story structure, was off to the left just after we exited. I think the entrance to Discovery Cove is just up the street to the right; the bus turned left (to pass in front of Sea World parking) after passing this hotel.

Anyone have a guess?

This might be the Renaissance Orlando Resort at Sea World. Check the Marriott website for photos.

It could be HGVC as well, which is a timeshare resort too!!
