Ideas to watch MK fireworks outside of the park

Going in a few weeks and on the night we fly in we would like to watch the fireworks. We don't have a ticket that day for the park. I know there is California Grill. There are no openings. Any other ideas or suggestions?

You can watch them from the beach at the GF or the Poly.

Like @Barbydoll8 said, there are the beaches at GF and Poly. If you really want to see the fireworks from California Grill, then you still can even though there are no dining openings. We aren't a big fan of California Grill (restaurant) so we really don't like eating there but we will go there for pre-dinner drinks and then head to Citricos or Narcoossee's and then go back to California Grill to watch the fireworks. As long as you save your receipt from your "bar" trip earlier that day, they will allow you back up to watch the fireworks. The receipt MUST be from the same day though. You can so sometimes see the fireworks from Narcoossee's.

Thanks for this information. My husband just mentioned California Grill this morning. I looked on dining and nothing available. I did not know about the bar. We may do that then.
