Ideas to order to surprise DS on Christmas day 1st trip

Any ideas on what I can order to put under the tree to surprise DS with our first trip to US? He is 15 has no idea (so proud kept it a secret since I booked flight in August its killing me).

I would love to have him open like 5 gifts until he figures it out. Already have new flip flops, swim trunks, and short. Living in IL he is going to think I lost my mind giving him those in a snow storm.

Opted for ticket pick up at the onsite hotel so no wrapping those. I wish they offered the vacation guide DVD like disney did.

T-shirts, mugs, hats, anything with characters that reference things in the parks, like Spider-man, Hulk, Captain America, Jurassic Park, Ghostbusters, Wolverine, Simpsons, Transformers...

Harry Potter related item since it is the biggest attraction in IoA and a Transformer related item since it is the biggest attraction in USO.

Perhaps AAA office has a brochure. I just picked one up yesterday after meeting with agent. You must be so excited! Happy Holidays

I would"create" a ticket on my computer and wrap that.

We created a poster board with different photos and included a brochure and tickets in the middle of it!

Thank you all so much for the great tips. I have ordered t-shirts, and the Hogwarts letter linked above.

And got a plane set from Southwest gift shop with the type of plane we are flying out on. This is his first time on a plane and thanks to my father a airplane mechanic in MI I was able to find the plane sets. Have him open these first after flip flops and such.

I found FL road maps to wrap his new set of luggage in and marked on the map Orlando. Going to tell him to read the map before he rips the wrapping off the luggage set.

Ok so at this point I can see my 15 year old going "mom come on just tell me where we are going already". By golly if I had to hold the secret for 5 months he can play along

If it were me, I would definitely go the Harry Potter route…maybe robes or wands to get everybody excited!
