I've been looking for cheaper watches for our cruise and haven't had any luck. Anyone willing to share what they have bought in the past?

I don't know if you have a Five Below near you but I bought my daughter a fake Fitbit that had a watch on it for $5 for our cruise in February. It worked great and we didn't worry if she lost it or it got broken.

I got a 35 dollar watch from Wal-Mart that inise for a spare when my luminox was being fixed. It's solar powered waterproof to 300 feet and has multiple functions. Works pretty good.

Casio watches are today's (5/2) deal of the day on Amazon. I just sent my daughter an email to pick one out for herself.

I just got back yesterday and I normally wear and IWATCH. As you can't get it wet and I didn't want salt water and sand around it I ordered a watch to wear on the trip.

I ordered the following watch on Amazon. It was comfortable and waterproof. It was like $18.

Thanks that looks really promising! I normally wear my fitbit surge and my fiance wears his motorola smart watch and neither of them will be coming on vacation there is too much chance of damage for something so expensive.

Yeah, cheap watch from Sears or Walmart... one that I didn't care if it was stolen. Turns out DS 12 liked one of them anyway.

I always wear my Fitbit when visiting Disney - gotta know how many steps I am taking to justify the junk I will inevitably eat! I have taken the Force (back when it existed), the Surge and the Blaze, and never had any issues or damage.

When I started working on the ships I bought a cheap Mickey one from the store on board for about $20. I got it so it didn't matter if it got ruined at castaway.
3 years later, way too many days at castaway, as well as being covered in sand, water, sea water, ketchup (don't ask), flubber, 'volcano eruption' juice, and other things that comes with working with kids, I still wear it every day and it still works...
