Idea's for xmas surprise please.

Our DD7 really really wants to swim with the dolphins when we go in January, i have booked this for the 31st Jan but being the cruel mother i am have told her we can't afford it, she was gutted bless her.
I want to surprise her on christmas day with it but can't think of a good way to do it, any one got any idea's? Many thanks.

How about buying her a toy dolphin, then put a little letter in its mouth saying, 'I can't wait to see you on xxxdate at xxx time'

What about giving her a present/card as if it's from the dolphins themselves, inviting her to join them? Maybe get her some swim goggles/mask and the gift card could say "you're going to need these when you visit us" - something like that??? Have the parcel arrive in the post with completely different wrapping paper (dolphins if poss! ) and addressed to her so she's intrigued...
