Ideas for window signs (Car Window?)

I am looking for any ideas that anyone might have to create signs to hang in the car window "Baby on Board type" for a trip to WDW next Christmas. It will be 2 vehicles with 6 Adults and 4 Children leaving Illinois on Christmas Day and leaving WDW on New Year's Day. Everyone has been to WDW, with one family (ours) having been there many times.
