Ideas for retun day

As first time cruise need advice on return day. First, how early can we expect to be off the ship? 2nd our flight out of orlando isnt till 255p. What would be the suggestion on how to spend this time. Thanks

We have always been off of the ship by about 8:00am. If we have a late afternoon flight we always go to Down Town Disney and spend the afternoon and then head over to the airport. There are lots of interesting shops at the airport to keep you busy also.

What kind of things are there to do in downtown disney or is it pretty much just shopping? I have a rental car after we get off the boat and our flight doesnt leave until 445p or so.....

We don't fly out until 10:30 so we are catching a day at MKingdom... Downtown Disney has DisneyQuest- a total blast if you can imagine floor after floor of video games and indoor rides. My kids have loved it for several years-theyare 10 and 13 now. Check it out!

We usually get a day room at the hyatt regency at the airport for approx. $60. we can relax in the room or swim in their pool. a couple of hours before our flight, we go down and check our luggage and go back to the room till time to go through security. you can see the lines from the lobby so you can check on their length.

I tried to reserve a room there but they were all booked for the date I was looking for. Day late and a dollar short....story of my life lol.

Thanks for that idea! Never even occurred to us. Our flight's not until 4 and we were trying to figure out what to do for the day. Hyatt had $75 and $90 day rates still available for our return on the 22nd.
