We have already done Chef Mickeys and Norway Princess Breakfast.
Any other suggestions for last day morning/lunch meal that are fun??!!
THANKS :wizard: princess:

Have you tried the 1900 Park Fare character breakfast? It truly is my favorite breakfast on property out of those I've tried. I think the food is great, the GF is quite magical, and the characters are wonderful!

Last May, we did our last hoorah breakfast at Kona and were completely underwhelmed.

Other ones to consider outside of the parks (assuming you won't be doing parks the last day):

Whispering Canyon Cafe, esp if you have not visited the WL
Boma, at AKL
Cape May Cafe character breakfast at BC
'Ohana character breakfast at Poly

But, the characters there seem "average".......but I always hear good things about it.
Is it a buffet or family style??
I think a character meal would be a fine way to end the trip.
THANKS :genie: :flower1:

We have planned Breakfastosaurus. We tried last time too, but didn't make it! We love AK...it's my 2nd fav park. We buy park hoppers equal to our stay there...so we are still able to enjoy the parks on our last day. :thumbsup2

It's a buffet. We dined there again in Oct (3 adults) and really enjoyed the food.

They are some of our fave characters but we're 'old' and they're older characters. Course Pooh and Tigger are often there as well and Alice and the Mad Hatter are usually quite funny; they had the preschoolers across the way from us in stitches giggling at them.

1900 Park Fare is excellent. We celebrated DD's 9th birthday there with friends as our guests. They had never done character dining and totally enjoyed it. We had Mary Poppins in the lobby, Alice - very sweet and personable -she was at our table three times! Mad Hatter was a hoot - he was around a couple times and sang Happy Birthday to DD.

The other two were Pooh and Eeyore, and what a twosome they were that day. DD and her friend had "goodie bags" I had prepared for the "party" and they stuff was all over the table. First Pooh was throwing the confetti that was in them all over the place. Then they both tried to take the Disney cookies I had. Pooh also decided he like the bubble bath, and was telling his handler he had to go and take a bath!!

When DDs b-day cake came out, Mad Hatter came and sang, and then Eeyore attempted to steal the cake - several times! He was quite cute as well, and was playing with some of the goodies we had on the table.

Alice was trying on DDs "tiara" that is given to birthday girls at 1900 Park Fare.

We had a late seating - 11:15, and the restaurant was starting to empty out, so we had a great time with the characters!

I totally enjoyed this experience, and every time I see the Mad Hatter he makes me laugh!

I've planned for us to try out 'Ohanas for our last meal on checkout day. We've only done dinner at 'Ohanas, never breakfast, but I've read great things about their character breakfast and the special interaction. It sounded right up our alley and a great way for us to say goodbye to WDW when we won't be going into any of the parks that morning.

We typically do a character breakfast before we hit the road. And 1900 Park Faire is our favorite.

But the Mad Hatter is kind of, uh, disturbing ... :teeth:

We did this on our last day and loved it! For us it was the perfect ending. Had mickey, pluto, lilo, stitch, some one else too i cant remember right now. We had a lot of fun and the food was great!!! The kids loved it. I would do this again! Gave the boys a chance to say good bye to mickey! =)

A lot depends on where you are staying, what other meals you are doing, etc., but the last morning of our Spring Break trip we ate a late breakfast at Boma. We had never been to AKL and enjoyed the breakfast and the chance to look around the beautiful resort. We let the kids buy a souvenir in the gift shop there and it was a great way to end our Disney magic. But if you are looking for characters, it doesn't provide that!

We really enjoyed having breakfast at Kona Cafe, in the Poly. Not as hectic as O'hana and who can pass up Tonga Toast? The pressed pot of kona coffee is a nice way to jolt your system, too.

:goodvibes

:thumbsup2 We always have our last breakfast at Chef Mickey's. Seeing Mickey, Goofy and the gang during our last meal at the World is the only way to go out.

We stay at the BCV and a couple of trips ago we decided to make the Cape May character breakfast our farewell meal. The food is good and the character interaction is great :thumbsup2 It doesn't seem to get as busy as some of the other character meals. I have read a lot of good things about the character breakfast at 'Ohana so we are trying that one this trip. Good luck deciding :sunny:
