We head to WDW next week. DH's birthday is the day after we get back. I'd like to do a bunch of little things as a surprise during the trip to celebrate. I have a cake ordered for LTT our first full day in the park but I'd like some other ideas. I wish we had reservations at Coral Reef because I like the banner idea but we ate there last time and we decided to try some place different. Our ADRs are at Ohana breakfast, LTT, Biergarten, Concourse Steakhouse and Cape May Breakfast. Any ideas of little things these restaurants do or other things I could arrange at MK or Epcot?

Thanks!

Joanne

subscribing..I'm curious to hear any responses.

We will be in WDW in May (also celebrating a b-day at LTT).

OP...did you call/order the cake from the Main Street Bakery?
What kink of cake have you ordered?
I'm curious as to what's available.
I plan to order next month.

**OOPS...just realized I messed up the quote & I don't know how to fix it.

Hi! I called 407 824 7091. Its for cakes that are in MK. Not sure if its the Main Street Bakery but I've read that that's where they're made. I could have gotten a 6" generic cake. Its available at all the restaurants without booking it and it has mickey on it (you can see the pics on the restaurant cake thread) but you can't personalize it. I opted for an 8" cake. The choice was vanilla with wht choc icing and filling or chocolate with dark choc icing and filling. I chose the chocolate. It was $25. I also chose to add a character to it for an extra $8. They do a screen or something. They can do any character you want except Pooh and friends. I had three in mind and they had all three: Lightening McQueen, Sully or Lion King. I went with Lion King. The lady was very nice and helpful. It will be at LTT when we get there. You pay for it then.

Still waiting though to see if anyone else has any ideas for the OP.....
