Ideas for celebrating retirement design?

We are leaving in 2 weeks. Grandma retired in August and Grandaddy is retiring the day before we leave. Any ideas?

How about a play on the Super Bowl ad? "You just retired after XX years with XX Company. What are you going to do now?" "I'm going to Disney World!"

That was my first thought, too.

I think someone did a design for a retiring teacher a while back...probably Midnite or Kate, but I'm not sure.
