Ideas for a gift for my daughter and her new hubby

So my oldest is getting married next week. They are leaving the next day for a very short, but what I am sure will be, wonderful honeymoon in Disney.
I would really like to surprise them with something special when they get there but I don't know what to do.
They have Dinning and have used their dinners already but I know she is using a 2 service for Futons crab house so there is one night that they have no dinner reservations.
I was thinking about having a gift basket places in thier room, or paying for them to do the Hoop Dee Doo review cause I know she loves that but I am trying to think of other things that maybe I don't know about that would be really cool for them.
I am open to any suggestions so let the converstaion begin!

You could pay for them to take a beautiful horse and carriage ride around Port Orleans. My parents gave me and my hubby that as a gift for the night of our wedding and we loved it!

you could just augment with things that will be sent to the room or at the reservations they have made. disney floral does great packages to be sent!

Another idea is giving them experiences like the Dine With an Imagineer package or one of the numerous tours.

I second the carriage ride around Port Orleans. My fiance proposed to me with the carriage and then we went for a 45 min ride...very romantic and peaceful. I would do it again in heartbeat!!
