i am super impressed that you had the energy to do the surrey bike after that marathon walk from DHS to and through Epcot!Wow!

Thanks- I guess if I would have gone for a swim, too, it would have been a cupcake triathalon! I seriously had to ride the bike- Timmy asked every day (albeit at all the wrong times) and I don't want to turn down a plea from my baby who STILL wants to do things with his Mommy.

They ARE a great way to tour- but you have to follow a specific route- you can't go just anywhere. Please be sure you go before the last 10 minutes of your trip though!!

I've really enjoyed reading your TR - it seems that you guys had a blast!

I'm sure we'll never take a 3 day trip to WDW - the jet lag just wouldn't be worth it - but love reading about everyone's adventures between our trips to give us our Disney fix.

We are fortunate to be able to go to WDW every year with our kids because of our DVC. But THIS trip was SPECIAL in so many ways, because it was just the three of us, and because we truly had so much fun together on a trip that was last minute and really wasn't planned. So if you're ever on the fence about whether or not to hit WDW for just 3 nights at the last minute? Do IT!!! We'll treasure our memories forever!!

Great trip report. Glad to hear short, last minute trips are great. DH and I booked a trip 2 weeks ago for 3 nights this September. Have never had one of those cupcakes and we may just have to try one!

I'm VERY envious- DH & I have done that the past 2 years, but are skipping it this September- actually, our first year, we stayed at OKW- Have a BLAST!!!

Loved, loved, loved the trip report! Thanks so much for sharing with us How nice that you have all those points! We only joined DVC a couple years ago with a measly 160 points, so I'm afraid I'll have to live vicariously through you and your girlfriends

I just read your HHI trip report as we are headed there next month - WOW! What a time you had! Felt like I was on that roller coaster of a vacation with you! As Frank Barone in Everybody Loves Raymond said "HOLY CRAP!" Your MIL sounds like a wonderful lady - God bless her. Loved the ingenuity of the put-put course on the beach - sheer genius!!! We'll have to try that.
