ID and info on Flora, Fauna and Merryweather watch

I found this watch at an estate sale and want to know more about it.

This watch was issued at Euro Disney in 1993 at the premiere anniversary. I only know this because it says so on the back of the watch.

Does anybody have any more information on this watch?
