Ice water?

Is tap ice water free at any concessions through both parks? Our last trip to WDW it was and the backpack is so much lighter without all the water bottles

Yes, tap water is free but not very good tasting.

As PP said, free anywhere but doesn't taste great. Bring a water enhancer or some powdered ice tea/lemonade to mask the taste.

Thanks! I think we will bring our large mouth water bottle with a filter on it and dump the ice water into that bottle to get rid of the bad taste

Good luck! I have no idea how to describe the taste beyond "thick." It didn't differ to my taste buds if it was filtered or not. :-/

I've run it through the carbon filter in our RV and it din't help.
The only thing that helps a little is if it's very, very cold.

We have "hard water" in SoCal so that may be the reason it tastes the way it does. Some places will only give you the kid size cup while others will give you a large one and they will also give you just a cup off ice if you ask.
