Does anyone have a coupon code for ICE at the Gaylord Palms. My husband and I are going to be there for two nights right after Thanksgiving and I would really like to see this but its a bit expensive for a 10 minute thing. Any help with a code would be appreciated. Thanks in advance - Whip

We went to ICE last year (for the first time) on our WDW visit. (If you aren't familiar with it, google "gaylord palms ICE"...there are great videos showing the fun!) It was a $12.50 (one-way with tip) cab ride from the Yacht Club, where we were staying. We did have kids along, so spent a lot of time on the ice slides in the last room - way cool! Don't be an "adult" and decide to skip or race through this room...make sure you do all the slides!!! For us, it was no ten-minute thing - we were there about 2 1/2 hours. (If you do go, take your own hats and mittens, as we did - the parkas they provide are super-warm, but you do NEED other accessories to stay comfortable.)

If I recall, we bought our tickets online early and saved a few $. Also, there are/were off-peak times (Mon-Thurs) which saved us a few more $ - and we had the place to ourselves on a Thursday night. We also skipped the ice skating add-on ticket, as we're from New England and go ice skating all the time, so that wasn't as much as a "oooohhhh" thing as it might be for others from different climates. If you're staying at the Gaylord Palms, I'd guess there's some discount for their guests...but don't know for sure.

Thanks for the tips - we are only there during the peak weekend time (right after thanksgiving - check out on Sunday - really need a coupon code - there is a spot for it when you buy the tickets online - someone must have a code.

Last year someone posted a code and we saved $3 per person. Big savings for a family of 5. The code also worked for pre sale tickets.

Shydonna1 Thanks, I called AAA and was told that at this time they are not offering any discounts, but it may be too early she said to call back because in years past they have always offered a discount.

Hi All,

The promo code (aaa) is only good for online purchases and only for tickets Mon - Thurs. I ordered tickets on Monday at $14.99 per adult for late December. There is a limit, however, of 6 tickets per promo code.

what are the usual hours?
I checked the gaylord palm website & all it said was hours vary
I'd like some idea so we can choose between a saturday if we have to , if the exhibit is not open late during the week.

I called the hotel directly and had to give them the dates I was looking at to get the open hours (10pm at end of December), so I recommend that you call.

Hi Debbie, the tickets that I purchased were for the Gaylord Palms in Orlando.
When I select my date and then the one hour slot, a window comes up with the prices and a "promotional code" area on top. Type in aaa and then "submit code" to receive the option to purchase at the discount. The offer is only for Mon -Thurs.
I just tried for Thanksgiving day (a Thursday)and was given the $14.99 pricing.

This is a great price, but I can't get it to give it to me. I even tried Monday-Thursday, but the price stays at $16.99. Wish I could figure out why, because I'd love the tickets at this price. I could just have everybody buy their own separately.

Don't forget about parking. Going to the event gives you 2$ off, but if you eat at one of the restaurants inside, they'll validate it for you so you don't have to pay.

We ate off the kids menu last year, and I think our total was like 15$ for the meal, plus tip. So it really was like 5$ if we had to pay for parking.
